1. Agreement to terms
By using blite.ch and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Project terms & deliverables
Commissioned work is created specifically for you the client.
Payment:
Up on delivery payment has to be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. This is specifically for Swiss clients and blite.ch can also charge a 50% deposit for certain projects.
Revisions:
If there are more revisions than anticipated, the additional work has to be paid as it is specified on the final quotation.
Usage rights:
Have to be agreed on at the beginning of each project.
Timeline:
The client must inform blite.ch on the exact deadline dates for the deliverables, so a realistic timeline can be agreed on.
3. Intellectual propery
You own the final deliverables upon full payment.
I retain the right to use completed work in my portfolio.
You may not resell or redistribute my work without written consent.
4. limitation of liability
blite.ch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
5. modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
6. governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
